Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Sheek account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unworn or unused.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and firmly attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
